Ramot leverages its vast experience in the FM market to provide its clients with top of the line FM project management services. We have an internal Project Management unit, which reports directly to the company CEO and focuses on office moves, add-ons and changes (MAC’s).

Our Project Managers will always act in partnership with Ramot FM for the client and with the client POC who lead the project from the client perspective. In parallel, they are monitored by our Control Center to ensure compliance, full execution of processes and a consistent and accurate reporting to the client.

Project types we focus on are:

  • Internal churns and seating changes

  • Space Fit-Out and Space Conversion within the facility

  • Moves into a new facility – including the entire move management cycle:

    • Space plan and move maps

    • packing materials and logistics

    • IT integration (in collaboration with client’s internal IT)

    • The move itself, connecting and preparing the new space

    • Day One

    • Dilapidation of old space and snagging control

  • Systems upgrades and changes
